How to enable customer order note

As a merchant, you can enable an Order Note for your buyers. An Order Note allows your buyers to leave you a message when they are checking out from your store.

  1. After logging in to your Shopmatic platform, click on the Dashboard button and from the drop-down menu, click on Orders.
  2. From the Orders page, simply click on “Allow customer order note”
  3. Here is an example of what it will look like to the buyer!
